I heard people say that teachers have the most noble profession on earth. Well, I agree to that. Because if it is not because of our nursery or primary teachers, we might not be able to write alphabets, count numbers, know how to read, etc.
It's the first Sunday of the year 2010, when we were having a Sunday School, our Pastor has encourage us to speak in front of the congregation and talk about how God has blessed us or moved in our lives last 2009. During that moment, I'm not sure what to say. I am not good in speaking infront so many people. But I asked for God's leading. So, God spoke to me about my ministry, Children's ministry.
I realized if teachers have the most noble profession on earth, being a teacher in Children's Ministry doubles (or even more than double) the nobility it has. To serve God, first of all and to help children not only to know about God but also to help them to come near to God in this early stage of their life. Proverbs 22:6 says: Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.
Praise God that He allowed me to grow in Children's Ministry as a 'student' and now as a 'teacher'..
BLESS HIS NAME AND BE BLESSED! :)
