Some things about me.........
My full name is Julie Anne Nuñez and I was born on October 22, 1989. I am 23 years old upon writing this (Today is November 9, 2012). I started this blog last year, June of 2011.
I was a Christian since 2 years old because my mother used to bring to church since that time but I was only able to surrender my life to Him and truly made Jesus the Lord of my life was when I was around 20 years old. That was the time I decided, by God's grace, to be a Christian not only whenever I am inside the church but all the more when I am outside.
As you see in my welcome words on the Home Page, it says " When God speak to you, you cannot go anywhere else, but to do His
will.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11" --- So AMEN to this!
Ministry.........
I am a Children's Ministry teacher, a member of Music Ministry and one of the workers of God With Us International Christian Assemblies in Mandaluyong City.
God is so good that He not only gave me a church wherein I will grow my relationship to Him, but also He gave this calling to be his servant.
I love the kids that we are teaching. It is very fulfilling to know that God is using you for His dear children, as in literal children. Those kids that we were teaching around 5 or 6 years ago have already grown up and it is very overwhelming to see that their love for the Lord is also growing. They are now with me in the youth ministry, imagine that =)
Workplace.........
I work as an Event & Operations Manager in Charlton Media Group. Everyday in my prayer in the office, I thank the Lord for this wonderful job.... Yes, you heard it right, WONDERFUL.
I have learned a lot things here, related and non-related to work. I am so grateful to God that by His grace, I just celebrated my 2nd year anniversary with CMG last October. I still remember those times when I was just starting, I was really frightened with my boss, but God gave me the courage to face not only him but all the battles and challenges anchored with my job.
The thing that I like.......
I like chocolates and cakes =) Sooo yummy. hahaha
I like doing a lot of events --- hooray CMG!
I like singing but as one of our colleagues in Hong Kong have said, singing does like me haha. But still, I want to offer to the Lord the voice that He has given me, to give Him Glory and Honor. =)
I like fashion and shoe websites.
I so love shoes :)
I love the beach scenery. It's so relaxing. Btw, I super love Acuatico Beach Resort. I have been there last year, it was soooo beautiful.
I like Christian bands and singers: Hillsong, Casting Crowns, Starfield, Don Moen, Ron Kenolly, Darlene Zchech.
